The regulation characteristic of the Mankenberg DM 555 is very impressive. The control area and spring forces are ideally matched and ensure that this self-acting control valve regulates with absolute precision.

The balanced cone maintains a constant outlet pressure independent of the upstream pressure as well as a high reduction ratio.

The four different pressure ranges can be easily changed by replacing the drive. And all this with just one valve. In addition, four different Kvs values can be set depending on the application. This modularity ensures optimum adaptation to your operating data.

In addition, our engineers developed a new “EASY-ADAPT” connection concept. With EASY-ADAPT, DIN or ANSI flanges as well as threaded connections (BSP or NPT) can be mounted as required by screwing it on. This is simple, safe and fast.
