The pot strainer SF 3.00 protects the downstream pressure reducing valve DM 401 from contamination. It has a large sieve surface with a mesh size of 0.25 mm to remove even fine particles from the pipeline.
Thanks to a body gasket of steel (1.0425), the strainer is optimized for use with steam and can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. Depending on the sealing material, temperatures of up to 500 °C are possible.
Due to the operating pressure of 32 bar, the valve was manufactured from solid material.
