The diaphragm-controlled back pressure regulator UV 3.8G was sold to Japan, however, the exact application of the valve is unknown.
It is equipped with an electro-pneumatic actuation. An additional diaphragm has been installed to prevent the control air from mixing with the fluid in the event of a leak. The resulting chamber is fitted with a leakage line connection.
